Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email. You can use that ID to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website. If you haven’t received tracking details within 2 days of placing the order, please chat with us on WhatsApp or email us at kotacustomercare@gmail.com and we’ll assist you immediately.
To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll help you cancel or edit it right away. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations or edits won’t be possible, and you’ll need to follow our return process after delivery.
Your order may be canceled due to payment failure, product unavailability, incorrect address, or if it didn’t meet our verification requirements (especially for COD). Free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout. If no free shipping is shown, standard shipping charges will apply based on your location and order type.
We deliver across most pin codes in India. During checkout, you can enter your pincode to check service availability. Still unsure? Message us your pin code on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm right away.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp with your order ID and correct address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
