Thank you for shopping with Kota Materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–4 working days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Want to cancel your order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
